Klaus Walter (Tanky) Scheuermann

I enlisted on 22 Jun 64 and retired from the Regular Army as a Major in October 2000. I completed two tours of Vietnam with 5 RAR (1966-67) as a MG No1 and 8 RAR (1969-70) as Section Commander in both 8 Pl C Coy and in 1 Pl after the mine incident. I also served with 8/9 RAR, 6 RAR and numerous instructional units and some ARes units.
